Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription billing

Waver is sold as a subscription SaaS product. Plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in a written enterprise order form.

2. Refund window

Standard self-serve plans are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. After that window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Renewals and cancellations

You may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle starts. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

4. WhatsApp and third-party fees

Fees charged directly by Meta, WhatsApp, payment processors, or other third-party providers are outside Waver's direct control and may be non-refundable according to those providers' own policies.

5. How to request a refund

Send your workspace name, billing email, invoice reference, and reason for the request to support@waver.in. We review refund requests manually.
